MAL Training

Conflict Resolution and Management

Course Profile / Background
Growth and development can only be attained in environments where there is very little or minimal conflict. No organization can completely be devoid of conflicts (considering the fact that each organization is made up of individuals differing in personalities) but all organizations can constructively use conflicts if properly managed and resolved. In other words, conflicts can work for or against any organization depending on the direction in which it is channeled.
